Social Media Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction and strategy for all visual and graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission, values, and overall marketing objectives.
Conceptualize and develop innovative and visually stunning designs for various Social Media and other digital platforms.
Conceptualize and create original motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with project objectives and brand identity to make new IPs and conceptualize the packaging.
Utilize a combination of design, animation, and visual effects techniques to convey messages and enhance engagement.
Incorporate dynamic transitions and effects to enhance the overall visual impact.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the storytelling through motion graphics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design techniques to ensure the brand remains fresh, relevant, and differentiated.
Ensure consistency and brand compliance across all design projects, enforcing brand guidelines and standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Stay up to date with advancements in graphic design software and tools and recommend improvements and efficiencies in design processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and incorporate feedback, iterate designs, and provide creative solutions that address project objectives.
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
Create GIFs with animation

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field
Proven 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, Animator, or a related role.
Proficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator or equivalent.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual composition.
Portfolio highlighting a diverse range of visualization, motion graphic work, including animations and visual effects.
Excellent creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas.

Salary:
₹35, ₹42,000.00 per month
