If you are referring to a call center role related to selling products or services related to skin and hair slimming, then the following may be roles and responsibilities:

Roles:

  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers and providing information about the service being sold
  • Making outbound calls & inbound to follow up with existing customers and encourage repeat business
  • Generating leads by researching potential customers and identifying those who may be interested in the service
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling any complaints or issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and sales achieved

Responsibilities:


  • Meeting sales targets set by the company
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the product or service being sold and being able to explain its benefits to potential customers
  • Adhering to any regulations or guidelines related to call center operations, such as maintaining customer privacy and not making unsolicited calls
  • Following call center procedures and scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that sales targets are met and customer needs are addressed


It's important for call center agents to be polite, professional, and persuasive in their communication with potential and existing customers.

They should also be able to work well under pressure, as call centers can be fast-paced and high-volume environments. Additionally, agents should be proficient in using computer systems and databases to manage customer information and track sales.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
