A restaurant captain typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which includes:

  • Monitoring employee attendance and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Ensuring that food safety standards are followed during preparation, cooking, and storage of food items
  • Managing the overall operations of a restaurant location, including supervising employees and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conducting weekly staff meetings to discuss upcoming events, specials, and other pertinent topics
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the restaurant chain to increase awareness and drive customer traffic
  • Managing the frontofhouse staff by setting work schedules, training new employees, addressing customer complaints, and resolving conflicts between employees

Salary:
₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
