What you'll do:

Improve and deploy the Business Specific Quality Procedures as well as Corporate Quality processes and procedures at the Business level.

The management system and processes must be aligned with multiple requirements of Eaton Business System elements such as OpA, PROLaunch, ELSS and EPM, as well as with the main international quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949, AS9100D) and main customer's requirements.

Access and interact with key organization areas/functions, leading discussions, driving focus and achieving consensus on the key quality processes.

Perform complete mapping of the Remote Support Locations (RSLs) that must be identified, and based on the business context engaged in the EQMS.

The continuous suitability and update of the company Quality Management System must be ensured, by engaging and supporting the businesses.

Co-lead / assist in the development and deployment of EQMS key elements (including but not limited to "Introduction to EQMS", "New Internal Auditor" and "Quality Core Tools") and basic Problem Solving training sessions (i.e.

A3, 8D, Yellow Belt and others) at the global level.

Support Businesswide QMS strategy, acting as a consultant in the establishment of high level processes and tools to ensure compliance with EBS, EQMS, ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, AS9100D standards and main customer requirements.
Required close interaction with all the regions as well as with Eaton University to ensure a global deployment approach.
Actively participate in review of the Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS), by leading the analysis and discussions considering the future complementary policies in order to fully address the ISO9001:2015 standard High Level Structure (HLS)
Perform analysis and support the development and deployment of the EQMS validation process, including the development of training material, training deployment, and adjuncts certification processes. Assess the "Fresh Eyes Audits" process and results (multiples businesses) to define the best approach for the validation process.
Deploy and enhance EQMS assessment & audit processes, looking for increased levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Must provide focus on the Risk Assessment approach, in alignment with international quality standards trend. Leverage his skills / knowledge to ensure QMS risk detection and mitigation.
Work with Sites for monitoring and measuring LPA performance and do LPA (Layer Process Audit) Analysis
Continue to develop and refine the Quality SharePoint and ERGs sites, based on the business demands and overall quality strategy. Look continuously for opportunities to improve those SharePoint / ERGs sites from the technology, user flexibility, and content stand point. Should be also responsible to understand short, medium and long term trends to enhance these tools, considering the introduction of Office 365, Power BI, Power APP and Yammer. Should also leverage the Eaton Pune quality structure to address these requirements. Provide access for appropriate personnel and ensure responsiveness to inquiries.
Work with functional leaders to understand, review and improve Quality Competences requirements. Develop, deploy and keep updated training programs to address current and future competences needs, counting on the Eaton Pune resource to operate the necessary activities.
Work closely with Business to implement Digital tools and support Digital Initiaves
Maintain and improve partnership with Pune team to ensure controls/activities are performed accordingly. This daily interface must ensure that key corporate quality initiatives (i.e. EQMS, ELSS, others) will be properly sustained and improved, by establishing priorities, goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

BE in (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics & Industrial Engineering)

Minimum 6 ~ 10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / Process Engineering and Supplier Development quality
Experience in working with global customers & suppliers.
Certified Internal & Lead Auditor - ISO/IATF
Exposure to Industry 4.0

Skills:

Working knowledge of QMS, statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and capability analysis
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Should possess the thorough knowledge of QMS,8D, A3, Layer Process Audit
Experience of Digital Tools - Power BI, Power Apps, Python, Sharepoint Development
