Set up and operate grinding machines for metal components, ensuring smooth and polished finishes.
Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine grinding requirements accurately.
Adjust machine settings for optimal grinding angles, speeds, and feed rates.
Inspect finished parts meticulously to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

Skills and Qualifications:

ITI qualification in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience operating grinding machines in a fabrication shop or similar environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
