About the Role
The video Producer is an audiovisual specialist responsible for planning and implementing all of the elements of a Shoot.

Their duties include securing the rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the Josh Talks and case studies shoot, and making the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up lighting and equipment for all the shoots
Managing shoots from end to end in different format
Research and finding the vendors like rental, masking, and equipment
Collaborating with the creative team to get the maximum quality content from production aspects
Highly travelling role
Handling the camera and recorder for shoot
Managing and training the team of volunteers about using the equipment and shooting with professional crew
Making the budget sheets and accounts

Requirements:

24 years of overall Production experience
Good management with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong experience in owning an endtoend shooting process with a positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
Good analytical skills for making budgets and accounts
Strong negotiation skills
Have excellent project management skills, with focused attention to detail
Have a bachelor's/master's degree (preferably in a technical field)

Salary:
₹11, ₹50,908.83 per month
