Tele Sales / Outbound Sales Executive
Job Location:
Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working:
Monday to Friday (10Am - 7Pm)
Salary:
Upto 4 LPA
Role & Responsibilities - As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for

Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalised recommendations to customers.

Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's products or services to provide accurate information and meet customer needs.

Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.

Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Customer Feedback: Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions to assess progress and results.

₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
