Description
We are looking for a purchase officer to handle the company's day to day purchase activity. You will review prices, quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Your responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating and preparing reports.


Responsibilities:
Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers and suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Review quality of purchase products.

Maintain order details.

Maintain updated records of purchased products.

Delivery information and invoices.

Prepare reports on purchases.

Including cost analyses, monitor stock levels and place order as needed.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

From ₹20,000.00 per month
