Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management:


  • Generate, review, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of purchase orders to suppliers.

Document Control:


  • Maintain comprehensive and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Implement and oversee effective document control procedures to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information.

Supplier Communication:


  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation, certifications, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any documentationrelated issues promptly.

Travel:


  • Undertake regular travel (3040% of the time) to visit suppliers, conduct audits, and assess production facilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through onsite visits and facetoface interactions.

Quality Assurance Support:


  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all purchased products meet specified standards.
  • Facilitate the exchange of qualityrelated documentation with suppliers.

Cost Monitoring:


  • Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and track procurement costs.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and contribute to overall costeffectiveness.

Reporting:


  • Generate regular reports on procurement activities, documentation status, and compliance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on purchase documentation and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
