As Client Support Trainer, you will report through the Support QA department and play an integral role in the QA team by effectively implementing existing training programs and creating new training content for our entire Support organization.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compelling training to assist in the development of our Support organization
  • Identifying areas of training needs including new products, product updates, and soft skills
  • Contributing to creation of training materials such as handouts and online courses
  • Evaluating training effectiveness by ensuring training programs meet client needs
  • Mentoring new hires to the training program, evaluating delivery, and providing feedback

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of prior teaching/training/consulting experience, preferably with adults
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet/webbased platforms, and mobile technology
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and ability to manage expectations effectively when handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Ability to show initiative in seeking assignments
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and accept responsibility for actions
