**Associate Dean (Pharmacy), Shirpur
- **NMIMS is looking for a visionary leader and scholar to lead the School of Pharmacy & Technology Management at our Shirpur Campus by providing excellent teaching and research guidance to students and faculty members. He/ She should possess excellent leadership and organisational skills, have the ability to multi-task, willing to collaborate and be part of a team with great social and interpersonal skills.

The person shall be overall responsible for the growth of the institution, quality improvement, periodical reviews, placement and industry collaboration.

He/she is required to provide guidance in planning, coordination and implementation of academic programmes as per the UGC rules and regulations and other statutory bodies like PCI/AICTE from time to time.

Should be well acquainted with various Academic Admin Processes, Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies and their procedures.

He/She will lead a portfolio of long & short duration programmes in Pharmacy in close coordination with the Dean of the School / Director of the Campus.

He/She will work to attract well-known professionals & academics in this field to the institution.

Age Limit:
Up to 52 years

Qualification & Experience:
OR

Desirable:
i. Teaching, industrial research and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
ii. Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books, and / or technical reports;
iii. Experience of guiding the project work, dissertation of post graduate or research students or supervising R & D projects in industry;
iv. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and / or professional activities; and

v. Capacity to undertake / lead sponsored R & D, consultancy and related activities.
