Description

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager as a US Staffing Sales Specialist and require expertise in US (Onsite) and Offshore Staffing, New Business Development.

Experience required - Min 9 years in US Staffing, Min 4 years in sales / BD role.

Location:
Hyderabad / US Shift
Immediate Joiner

  • Ability to sell IT Staffing (Onshore and Offshore) to US based clients
  • Should be well versed with US tax terms like C2C, W2, 109
  • Responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of existing clients in Staffing Services.
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposals and presentations with clients and customizing solutions.
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract/direct hire staffing business from the client
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
  • Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.

Salary:
₹235, ₹1,522,709.69 per year
