Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)


Location:
Bangalore


Shift Pattern:
UK/US shift (sat and sun off)


Salary:17-26k ctc


Facilities:
Cab facility (2 way)


Age:
Upto35 years.


Requirements:


  • Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory
  • Should be cooperative with rotational shifts

Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer queries via call
  • Offering proactive assistance to customers
  • Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs
