We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in the Operations department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data verification and maintenance for the Kharcha launch.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Verification: Review and verify data accuracy of invoices generated by Kharcha before they are transferred to accounting software.

Back Office Support: Serve as a back office support for the Kharcha launch, managing administrative tasks related to data entry, documentation, and record keeping.

Accuracy Maintenance: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to prevent errors and discrepancies in invoice data and accounting information.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data verification and integration processes, suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including the technical and customer support teams, to address any issues or discrepancies in the data verification process.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data verification, data entry, or back office operations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems and invoicing processes is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
  • Has working knowledge of Tally
