6 PM to 3 AM

Mode of work:

Work from the office for an initial 3 months and post that work from home.


Job Details:


  • Manage
    accounts receivable, invoicing
:

Should have experience into Outbound calling / into BPO Voice Process
:

Must be flexible in working for night shift timings
:


  • Contact vendors for getting the required documents Via call.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable mailbox.
  • Demonstrates proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.
  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when managing
    accounting figures and financial records
:


  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
  • Good in Excel skill.
  • Daily report preparation
  • Experience in voice / semi voice process
  • Customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary:

₹50, ₹350,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
