Description

Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.


Provide immediate and courteous customer service to assist users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to medical equipment, hospital systems, and general IT problems.

Log all helpdesk requests, maintaining comprehensive records of issues, resolutions, and response times.


Work closely with medical and IT staff to ensure that critical medical equipment and systems are operational at all times.

Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and coordinate the resolution of complex issues that require specialized expertise.

Follow established processes for problem resolution and escalation, ensuring all issues are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for common hospital-specific IT issues and solutions.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient data and sensitive hospital information.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
