Tripmaza Requires for its International Travel Division:

  • Operations Associate ( Sales)
Operations Associate ( Support)


Duties and Responsibilities:
Guide Clients with various Tour packages (international) and VISA assistance.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about flight schedules, fares, travel restrictions, baggage policies, and other relevant details.
Guide customers in selecting the most suitable flight options based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
Process ticket reservations, issue tickets, and handle payment transactions securely and accurately.
Assist customers with changes or modifications to existing bookings,such as rebooking flights, adding services, or upgrading seats.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related matters.
Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of ticketing and support services.

Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and changes in ticketing systems to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

Maintain customer records, manage reservations, and generate reports as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable regulations, such as data protection and privacy laws.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate (additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi along with a Regional Language, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in International air ticket sales, customer service, or a elated role.
  • Indepth knowledge of airline ticketing systems and reservation platforms.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings, payments, and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the airline industry.

Salary:
₹120, ₹144,000.00 per year
