We are looking forward to strengthen the team and we are inviting sales executives to join in. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting marketing research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Coordinating with marketing team for the leads.
  • Contacting the leads to pitch the services.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and coordinate with managers for proficiency in the work.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Maintain weekly self performance reports to improvise the results.
Skills Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and nonverbal communication for site visits.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Persuasive and passionate.
  • Patient enough the handle the cold calls.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Trust builder and Fast learner.
  • Knowledge of selling tactics.
  • Presentative.
  • Target oriented.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,895.00 per month
