Lakme Academy, a renowned name in the beauty and wellness sector, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Counsellor to join our team.

As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting prospective students to embark on a rewarding career in the beauty and wellness industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and guidance to potential students about Lakme Academy's courses, curriculum, and career opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, interests, and aspirations.
  • Present detailed information about course features, fees, and available financial assistance options.
  • Assist students in selecting the most suitable program based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Address queries and concerns promptly, building a strong rapport with students and parents.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, Lakme Academy's offerings, and competitor information.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract potential students.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to guide students effectively.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,066.28 per month
