  • Our company is looking for a Customer Service Executive who can assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. A remarkable Sales Executive will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
