Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using

Handson experience developing using JavaScript.

Handson experience working with relational databases.

Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules

Should be comfortable working in Agile Delivery model, working with customers to understand the requirements and developing the stories on top of them

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

Indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal, Catalog Management, Workflow Management, and Scripting.

Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks, such as ITIL.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports and exports.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.

3-6 years of experience

Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java,.Net, JavaScript, etc.), including understanding of object-oriented principles.

Interest in software systems, demonstrable expertise in anyone programming language.

Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude towards tasks.

Good understanding of relational databases.

Basic understanding of cloud technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries for database operations.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A self-motivated and fast learner who can adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
