We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments within the organization.
  • Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.

Front Desk Management:


  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Office Maintenance:


  • Oversee general office upkeep, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.

Meeting Coordination:


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes when necessary.

Travel Arrangements:


  • Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Event Coordination:


  • Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and teambuilding activities.
  • Manage logistics, catering, and other details for successful event execution.

Document Preparation:


  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure documents adhere to established formatting and branding standards.

Communication Liaison:


  • Serve as a communication liaison between employees and management.
  • Disseminate relevant information to staff through various communication channels.

HR Support:


  • Assist in HRrelated activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration.

Salary:
₹25, ₹28,167.21 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

  • Education administration: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
