We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments within the organization.
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
Front Desk Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Office Maintenance:
- Oversee general office upkeep, including cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes when necessary.
Travel Arrangements:
- Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and teambuilding activities.
- Manage logistics, catering, and other details for successful event execution.
Document Preparation:
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure documents adhere to established formatting and branding standards.
Communication Liaison:
- Serve as a communication liaison between employees and management.
- Disseminate relevant information to staff through various communication channels.
HR Support:
- Assist in HRrelated activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration.
Salary:
₹25, ₹28,167.21 per month
