Responsibilities and Duties
- Expertise in lab techniques in genomics
- Handling RNA Isolation and quality control for diverse taxonomy from prokaryotes to higher eukaryotes
- Hands on experience with NGS based library preparation processes (RNAseq, smRNA, Exosome RNASEQ to be must) for short & ONT long read sequencing
- Basic understanding of experimental designs and appropriate quality control parameters
Key Skills
- RNA Extraction
- NGS Library Preparation (RNAseq, smRNA, Exosome)
- ONT Long Read & Short Read Sequencing Platform
- PCR / RT-PCR
- Other routine Molecular Biology Techniques
- Good presentation and conversation skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
- M.Sc. / B.E. / B. Tech. in Lifesciences with experience in NGS library preparations
Job Types:
