Responsibilities/Authority:

Support Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Logistic & Distributions and Purchasing related modules to improve business processes
Provide end users front line support related to Oracle processes and peripheral software programs
Integrate and support additional Oracle EBS modules or functionality as needed
Implement and support nonOracle solutions (both onpremise and cloud) and their integration with Oracle EBS
Work with SMEs to define and document Change request scope and specifications
Design and implement solutions to meet project requirements, work with offshore technical resources as required
Work independently on assigned tasks, effectively using other resources as needed
Provide input to IT standards and SOPs and follow established standards
Work closely with global IT team to address production issues in a timely fashion

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or businessrelated field or equivalent technical work experience
Functional and Technical expertise of Oracle EBS Discrete manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules (Inventory, OM and Purchasing)
Experience in generating SQL scripts, Oracle EBS backend tables and troubleshooting database issues
Technical skill sets to troubleshoot issues and provide IT development team information to resolve issues efficiently.
Experience in collaborating/ leading project teams as needed and meeting project timelines
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with Data Analytics and reporting tools (such as Power BI, SQL Server, OBI, etc)
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of PC hardware and peripherals
