ROLES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide all directions for the execution of activities of the Customer service department
  • Manage daily ticket volume by ensuring calls are answered and queries addressed
  • Provide 24/7 support to callers and clients
  • Ensure the follow up on the potential enquiries and conversations
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Identify and implement the best CRM practices in the organization
  • Coordinate with all service providers and partners
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Organize the site visit to the potential enquiries/positive clients
  • Support the emergency and on call services for back end and logistics support
  • Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
  • Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
