AV is a nationwide, commercial AV integrator. We design, install and service professional sound, video, and lighting systems for businesses, education, entertainment and sporting venues.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing detailed drawing, design drawings using Auto cad.
  • Estimating Project budget.
  • Schedule preparation, pre
- planning and assigning engineers to site.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Review weekly visits and ensure work execution plan is based on the most productive option.
  • Attend meetings and competently communicate with clients.
  • Liaising with procurement department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
  • Maintain daily records.
  • General coordination with clients and engineers through phone.
  • Project Scheduling, monitoring and preparation of micro plans.
  • Coordination with internal team.
  • Overall Project coordination till handover.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 23 year experience as Project coordinator
  • Minimum 23 year experience in AutoCAD
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Should have pleasing attitude, Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
