Responsibilities:


  • Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other roleplaying activities
  • Monitor the performance of all Sales Handlers and identify areas of improvement
  • Establish training needs by observing sales encounters & studying performance reports
  • Set monthly learning and development objectives for the sales team
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job
  • Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services
  • Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
  • Regular brainstorm sessions and conducting assessments to get excellent product knowledge
