About the Department


People and Organisation (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics.

Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies.


The Position
As a Employment Data Management Associate1 the key responsibilities:
Organizational Management and Personnel Administration - Employee Data Management. Perform data to day activities according to defined KPIs and SOPs, follow internal guidelines/ policies. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. Ensure data confidentiality is always maintained. Ensure transactions are processed as per data quality standards. Assist in preparing and maintaining Work Instructions and SOP's. Collaborate within team and across GBS. Actively participate in Projects and engagement activities.

  • Perform all action related to Employee Data Management. Ensure quality of new and existing data.
  • Following standard Work Instructions and Check list. Archive personnel documents as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement. Selfmotivated to work with supervision from senior associate.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.
  • Should be able to quickly grasp / learn new processes and concepts.

Qualifications

  • Any University degree in Human resource or other relevant degree
  • 03 years of relevant experience preferably in an international HR Shared Service Centre
  • Experience in ERP system (EC & SAP HR) as an end user on Org Management and Personnel Administration is preferred.
  • Professional, proactive and goal orientated and good communicator. Quality mindset, wellorganised and strive for excellence, structured and attention to details.
  • Proactive planner to meet agreed deliverables. Curious and constantly looking for improvement opportunities.
  • Team player with high degree of flexibility and service mindedness. Crosscultural awareness.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adjust to changes in a continuously developing environment.
  • Strong communicator (verbally and in writing), excellent coordination and planning skills. Good stakeholder management skills.
