Required Experience:

2-4 years of experience in video creation, and editing, preferably in a start-up or creative environment.

Work Location:

Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into highquality, visually appealing videos for various marketing and promotional purposes, including social media campaigns, website content, and product demos.
Storytelling: Use your creative abilities to craft compelling narratives through video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
Filming and Editing: Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture highquality footage.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in video style, tone, and branding elements across all video content to strengthen brand recognition and awareness.
Graphics: Create visually appealing graphic content of all types which aligns with the brand philosophy.
Post-Production: Enhance videos with visual effects, motion graphics, animations, sound design, and music to create a polished final product that meets professional standards.
Content Optimization: Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, quality, and optimal playback on various devices and channels.
Project Management: Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining efficient communication and organization throughout the editing process. Oversee the endtoend video production process, including preproduction, production, and postproduction stages.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of video production quality, reviewing and approving all video content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and technical specifications.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and ensure the use of stateoftheart equipment and software to produce highquality videos.

What are we looking for in you?

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is required.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills, creativity, and storytelling abilities is essential. Please provide examples of your previous work or links to online portfolios.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking, with the ability to transform raw footage into visually appealing and engaging video content.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and highquality editing, color grading, and visual effects.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with crossfunctional teams and understand project requirements and feedback.
Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced startup environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, the latest technologies and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for Video: A genuine passion for video editing, storytelling, and staying updated with industry trends and new editing techniques.
