Sales Coordinator - Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Acme Services
Description
Register the OC after PO is received by the sales and marketing team.- Covert the OC to PO and forward it to the relevant supplier/factory for timely delivery.
- Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery.
- Packing and forwarding: make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to the PO.
- Quantity and product are packed in our packing material.
- Arrange all outward logistics.
- Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, packing list, T.C, Ewaybill)
- Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy send to the customer on time.
Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
