Responsibilities:

Production Support:
- Assist in the execution of production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain optimal workflow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Material Handling:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials according to established procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overages.
- Coordinate the movement of materials within the production facility to support operational needs.
- Utilize material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production activities, and material transactions.
- Generate reports on material usage, inventory status, and production metrics as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates and escalate issues when necessary.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any stream from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in production operations and material handling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and material flow dynamics.
- Proficient in the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Salary:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
