**- Identification and troubleshooting of software, hardware and network-related issues.

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, Servers, Printers, peripheral equipment, EPBX System, CCTV System, data communications, Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
