_Roles and Responsibilities_

  • Should be able to handle walkin customers and oncall._
  • Adherence to the administrative process & policies of the organization is a must._
  • Ability to understand the needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same._
  • To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about what our company does and what we provide._
  • Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handle the customers in a cooperative & efficient way._
  • Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing._
  • Keeping the existing customers updated with their current account details._
  • Should have good communication skills._

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
