As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Psychology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.

Actively participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.
Uphold school policies and procedures, including attendance records, grading, and discipline.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology or related field with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

Previous teaching experience in CBSE or similar curriculumbased schools is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction for enhanced learning outcomes.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
