Operations Executive - Remote, India - highway delite
Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an operations and customer support specialist in the electronic vehicle charging segment.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our EV charging systems and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain electronic vehicle charging infrastructure
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
- Coordinate with the technical team for installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of operations and customer interactions
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures
Requirement:
- Strong technical background in electronics or electric vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess problemsolving abilities and an attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
- A bachelors degree in any stream or related field.
Note:
The working hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
