Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an operations and customer support specialist in the electronic vehicle charging segment.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our EV charging systems and providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and maintain electronic vehicle charging infrastructure
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
  • Coordinate with the technical team for installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and customer interactions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures

Requirement:

  • Strong technical background in electronics or electric vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess problemsolving abilities and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
  • A bachelors degree in any stream or related field.

Note:
The working hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.


Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
