Description

As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and related services.

The role involves effective communication with customers via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Providing information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claim procedures.
Assisting customers with policy renewals, updates, and payments.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Continuously updating knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Education / Experience:

Any graduate / under graduate
Freshers are most welcome
