We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions with our company.


Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns and provide timely and effective solutions. Take ownership of problems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Customer Support: Offer comprehensive support to customers by answering questions, guiding them through processes, and assisting with product or service-related matters.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
