Job Description:

**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **- 1) Calling the customers who have purchased the WABA service, and collecting all the documents that are required.

2) Verification of all the documents (as per the protocols) that are shared by the customers and then beginning the procedure of Onboarded.
3) Continuous coordination with the customers, taking updates and sharing updates to and fro.
4) Taking the feedbacks from the customers after the onboarding and usage of the service.

**Skill Requirements:
- **1) Must have great Communication Skills in English(written and verbal), Hindi and Gujarati(all languages compulsorily).

2) Must have basic computer knowledge as they need to work on MS Excel, Powerpoint and Emails writing.
3) Willing to learn new things faster and adapt the changes as and when required.

Experience Range:
0 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,

Skills Required:

Annual Salary Range:
INR 1,80,000 - 2,78,000
