**JOB TYPE:

  • FULL TIME**Profile introduction:
  • As a Billing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your attention to detail and proficiency in handling financial transactions will contribute significantly to our company's financial health and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend billing process, including invoice generation, validation, and dispatch.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing activities and update billing system databases.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Generate reports on billing activities and financial performance for management review.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in billing practices is a plus.
  • Languages: English, Marathi, Hindi.

Salary:

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
