Role SummaryResponsibilities:
Key Competencies / Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Good understanding of HSEQ management systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and project governance/ execution processes
- Process definition, deployment and institutionalization
- Training on QMS and various other business and behavioural aspects for associates selfdevelopment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Internal auditing/ health check reviews
- Project Management
- Liaison with external agencies for Audits / Assessments
- Professional report writing
- Presentations to business and clients
Desired skills
- Project Management
- Experience working with the following ISO standards: Information Security/ Business Continuity (ISO 27001); Risk Management (ISO 31000); &/or BIM (ISO 19650)
- Lead auditor qualification
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis or Lean/ Six sigma based improvement methodology
- Statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Science, Finance or Law an advantage)
- Total of 1012 years relevant industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance
