Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop original and engaging content in various formats, such as articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, infographics, or social media posts.

Storytelling:

Use your storytelling abilities to create narratives that resonate with the audience and align with the company's brand voice and values.

Research and Ideation:
Stay informed about industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.

Platform Management:

Manage your presence on relevant platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, or specialized platforms for your creative niche.

Regularly update and share your content to engage with your audience and attract new followers.

Content Planning and Scheduling:

Collaborate with the content team to plan and organize content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content.

Content Production:

Take ownership of the content production process, including conducting interviews, filming, editing, graphic design, or coordinating with external vendors, if necessary.

Audience Engagement:
Interact with the audience through comments, messages, or social media platforms, fostering engagement and building relationships.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide insights to enhance future content strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass.

Passion for content creation and storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and storytelling techniques.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Knowledge of current digital and social media trends.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
