Description
1. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to customer complaints and queries


  • Maintain Inventory of all spare parts and products. Maintain required price lists of all spare parts
  • Ensure good communication and working relationships between departments.
  • Prepare and send quotations of all spare parts required by customers, after product sales
  • Handling after sales Customer complaints and reverting back to those complaints
  • Ensuring that quality and service standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and identify and resolve frequent problems.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
