Responsibilities of iTeach Mitra
- **Student Guide -** The iTeach Mitra will be a guide to a group of our college students, providing them with one-on-one guiding support. This support is aimed at helping students to most effectively handle college life's academic, financial, and social challenges.

Data Collection - The iTeach Mitra will be working with a group of students, S/he will be responsible for collecting the essential student data and tracking it in a systematic manner.

Facilitate Sessions - The iTeach Mitra will facilitate sessions with students to create a sense of togetherness and belonging and will ensure the community of support is alive.

Stakeholder Management - The iTeach Mitra will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders such as school staff, parents, college staff and different teams in the college-to-career program.

Annual Career Conference - The iTeach Mitra will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a reunion for all students once a year.
