Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Arranging and negotiating with Transporters for dispatch of material across the country as well as receiving of material from raw material suppliers
  • Preparing and maintaining all relevant paperwork i.e. Way Bill, Invoice, Delivery Challan & LR Copy
  • Coordinating with Customers as well as Vendors on the status of the goods
  • Arranging for shippers for Export of goods and managing all the paper for the same
  • Coordinating with CHA for Import and Export
  • Following up with transporters / shipping lines till the goods reach their respective destination

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate or equivalent
  • Relevant prior experience preferred

Very good Negotiating Skills:


  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient in operating the computer
  • Hard working, responsible, honest and sincere
  • Attention to detail
  • Self starter
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
