Responsibilities:


  • Conducting oneonone counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals and aspirations.
  • Providing information about the various courses offered by the company and helping students select the right courses based on their interests and career objectives.
  • Assisting students in developing study plans and strategies to improve their academic performance.
  • Collaborating with instructors and other staff members to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Organizing and conducting workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of student interactions and academic progress.

Qualifications:


  • Any Graduate
  • Previous experience in academic counseling or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and the various career paths available to IT professionals is a plus.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
