Customer Services Digital Solution (SD) is responsible for the delivery of Digital Solutions on Maintenance and Engineering perimeter, internally for Customer Services and externally to airlines, MROs and lessors. Example of solutions are Airman Web and Skywise Health Monitoring for aircraft diagnostic, PRM and Skywise Predictive Maintenance for predictive maintenance Schedule Maintenance Optimizer (SMO) for heavy maintenance optimisation, aircraft ground connectivity solutions for A320 & A330 with FOMAX and A350, A380 as well as airline IT connectivity, e-Doc Browser and Airnav suite for documentation, Skywise Reliability Services for airlines to compare themselves to the rest of the fleet

Digital Engineering (SDE) is in charge of designing and delivering software solutions in collaboration with IM, DTO and other involved domains, from experimentation to industrialization, including evolutive and corrective maintenance. Methodology is evolving from a traditional V cycle and single agile teams to the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to be able to scale up to large development teams.

De gree in Design or related discipline (Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Bachelor of fine arts, Master of fine arts, Visual communication ) preferred or relevant work experience.**-
Strong portfolio of UX Design Projects.

Strong problem solving, creative, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to document user experience and interactivity through wireframes, flowcharts, design specifications, and prototype demos.

Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate designs.

Experience working with other disciplines like PM, Dev, Test, as well as Business and Marketing.

Passion for design and ability to effectively share your point of view and expertise with project team members.

A working understanding of HTML and experience with agile engineering methods is essential.

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 4-8 years of development experience

Knowledge with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus: building and deploying cloud solutions (AWS preferred)

Knowledge of Aircraft systems would be a plus
-
Advanced level of English

Responsibilities
-
Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
-
Conceptualize and iterate on high-quality designs. Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
-
Partner closely with designers, Product managers, and product teams to illustrate requirements (User stories).
-
Create personas through user research and data.
-
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
-
Develop wireframes and Visual prototypes around requirements.
-
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, usability, viability, feasibility)
-
Adhere to Airbus Design Guidelines & style standards.
-
Communicate UI mock-ups and prototypes to developers.
-
Represent the team and personal point of view in cross-organization efforts, to accomplish shared goals.
