About this opportunity :


The
Digital Product Manager (DPO) is responsible for managing the activity backlog and the priorities that is to be driven by the product DevOps teams.

Backlog items includes new features, enablers, technical debt, LCM and maintenance flow items. The DPO role is meant to be equivalent to Product Owner.

The DPO cooperates with a persistent DevOps team consisting of development and operations people, which is fully allocated to the product.

The DPO interactions with the DevOps team are fully collaborative, e.g. avoiding customer-supplier type of cooperation or formal interfaces.

Location-Noida/Gurgaon


The DPO ensures that the Product Delivery Teams can be focused on the deliverables by becoming the "entry point" towards the Product Team during escalations, reporting, new requirements, compliance, and other aspects related to the Digital Product.

For this purpose, the DPO involves Product Delivery teams representatives (architects, project development managers, scrum masters) as needed in the discussions.

The DPO supports the SPM during the planning of all aspects of the product. The DPO also collaborates with Lead Architects and Line Manager during planning.

The DPO, the Lead Architects and the DevOps Line Managers form the SANT Core 3 which is supporting SPM during Digital Product planning phases.

A DPO collaborates with Line Managers and Lead Architects to ensure the product team has the needed competence and has the right size to fulfill SPM requirements.

The DPO ensures that there is an Application Operations manager, as part of the delivery team, running the Application Operations process.


What you will do:


  • Maximize value delivery by managing and prioritizing the team backlog. The team backlog includes functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Support the Strategic Product Manager (SPM) during the planning of all aspects of the product.
  • Cooperates with Lead Architects and Line Managers during the planning phase. The DPO, the Lead Architects and the DevOps Line Managers form the SANT Core 3 which is supporting SPM during product planning.
  • Follow up and maintain demands in Replir in line with the Monthly Resource Planning cadence.

You will bring:


  • 10+ Years Graduate in a Technical / Professional stream, preferably B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)/B Tech. (Bachelor of Technologies).M Tech preferably in Computer Science or Electronics or Masters in Computer Application (MCA), MBA

  • Sound knowledge of Resource planning and delivery execution.
  • Very Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills and Team Management.
  • Excellence in Product Ownership, Software Design, Architecture principles and Software Development Process.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, works well in team and should be a good communicator with good English
  • Good knowledge of Platform / Cloud / Operating system is added advantage
