Responsibilities:

Order Processing:


  • Manage the order processing from multiple websites, including FBA and FBF.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

FBA/FBM Planning:


  • Strategize and plan FBA and FBF inventory management to optimize sales and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Quality Control:


  • Conduct thorough quantity and quality checks for finished goods designated for FBA and FBF
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and requirements before dispatch.

Labelling and Dispatching:


  • Label finished goods according to FBA and FBF standards.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate timely dispatch of products.
  • Oversee the labelling and dispatching process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Inventory Management:


  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all finished goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary.

Documentation:


  • Compile and maintain a detailed list of finished goods dispatched for daily orders.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Communication:


  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce fulfillment.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in order processing and fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with FBA and FBM platforms, as well as ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ecommerce software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Ecommerce: 1 year (preferred)
