JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your job responsibilities will include,
- Independently handling international tax (cross border tax issues involving tax treaties) assignments including
- Expatriate tax planning and compliance
- Withholding tax advisory and certification
- Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
- FEMA advisory and compliance
- Representation before tax authorities
- Advice to Corporate on taxation matters
- Independent Client interface, liaison and relationship
- Managing a team including qualified accountants

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A strong passion and interest for tax
- 02 years of experience in,
- Income tax compliance, planning and advisory
- Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
- Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
- Working knowledge on International tax structuring
- Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances
- Experience
- Proven leadership abilities
- Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and process skills
