We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Senior
Associate/Manager who has extensive experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and implementation, including CRM tool configuration, integration, and optimization
  • Monitor and analyze customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on customer messaging, segmentation, and targeting
  • Develop and implement processes to collect and maintain accurate customer data, including segmentation and profiling
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline and automate workflows, increase efficiency, and improve data quality
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, customer insights, and trends, and use data to inform decisionmaking and strategy
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to CRM, customer experience, and marketing automation
Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and HubSpot from configuration to execution of campaigns, and communication channels
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisionmaking and strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Passion for customer experience and a strong customerfirst mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare or related brands will be an advantage
